Mickelin consulted with me and my family when I was considering selling my home and downizing and relocating to a community where my retirement income will go further. She responded to our questions about the local market and the one we are considering. Mickelin referrrd us to a mortgage broker to discuss the prospects of doing a reverse mortgage for a new purchase. Mickelin is professional. She showed a high level of knowledge of real estate. Mickelin listed our home in San Jose in 2005. It sold above asking price within the week. We followed all of her instructions for selling, which yielded great results. Mickelin was so easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and professional that we commissioned her services again in selling our parent's Palo Alto home in 2015. I would recommend Mickelin Burnes-Brown as a Broker. She did an outanding job with helping me sell my home and I enjoyed working with her because of her honesty and integrity. I contacted realtor Burnes-Browne regarding selling a home in another county. I had lived in Silicon Valley for years and was aware of her excellent reputation. She recommended agents in the Auburn area I had recently moved into. The sudden death of my wife prompted me to move into another property. When she located another realtor in my area, realtor Burnes-Browne drove three hours to personally introduce me to the recommended agent. She often checked on the progress of the sale and my satisfaction with the service. She recommended what I needed before I recongnized there was a need. She was an excellent consultant. I would not be happy in a new home, without her outreach and professionalism..

After receiving 21 offers on that day, she worked quickly and tirelessly in contacting the prospective frontrunners for more in-depth validation of the qualification process.
